FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: one lever is made up as a jaw, and the other lever is coupled with the jaw webs through an axle positioned in through opening made in the lever. The joint is provided with a means for flexible side pressing of each of the levers. Each of the jaw branches is provided with a groove having bearing surface for sliding the axle, the groove being open from the end face of the jaw. The other lever is provided with through slot of semi-circle cross-section having the bearing surface for sliding the axle, the slot being connected with the through opening of the lever. The longitudinal grooves made in the branches of the jaw can be parallel to the side inner surface of the jaw webs. The means for flexible pressing of the levers can be constructed as a screw expansion spring. The end of the second lever can be provided with a means for locking of one of the ends of the spring. The second end of the spring is rigidly connected to the first lever. The means for locking of the ends of the spring can be made up as an open groove made in the middle part of the outer surface of the second lever opposite to the slot.
