FIELD: filling the reservoirs with liquid hydrogen. SUBSTANCE: method consists in feeding liquid hydrogen under pressure to reservoir to be filled through filter till hydrogen temperature at filter inlet drops to 63 K, after which hydrogen is fed through bypass at filter inlet till temperature drops to level of equilibrium to pressure of hydrogen before filter, after which hydrogen is again fed to reservoir being filled till it has been filled to preset level. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
