FIELD: cryogenic technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic technology and can be widely used in the operation of large-capacity cryogenic tanks, reservoirs and tanks of the ZhVTs-100M, 8G513M type used for storage and transportation of high-purity cryogenic liquids. Pre-cooling of the tank is carried out due to heat exchange of the inner surface of the tank with a gaseous flow of the same cryoagent that is poured into the tank, and which is obtained in the ejector by mixing a high-pressure and low-temperature gaseous flow and a low-pressure gaseous flow in the volume of the tank, while the gas flow after the ejector is directed to the lower part of the tank shell evenly and along the entire length of the tank with a temperature difference that is safe for the tank design until a fixed value of the final temperature is reached, controlled by the temperature of the gaseous flow discharged through the drain pipeline. Part of the flow is withdrawn through the cryogenic liquid supply line. After that, the tank is filled with a cryogenic liquid through the first filter-adsorber installed at the bottom of the tank, and the liquid from the tank is drained through the second filter-adsorber, identical to the first. During the period of non-drainage storage of the liquid in the tank, the pressure in the vapor cushion of the tank is reduced by periodically spraying the vapors with a cryogenic liquid supplied by the pump, while the liquid is drawn into the pump from the bottom of the tank through the second filter-adsorber.
EFFECT: invention ensures a cool-down regime for the design of a cryogenic tank and reducing losses and contamination of cryogenic liquid during its filling, storage and discharge.
