Pulse laser emits in wave length range from 0.40 up to 0.53 μm pulses having duration 20-200 ms and repetition frequency 5-200 kHz. Device for implementation of process has pulse laser 1, modulator 2, collimator 3, optical deflection system 4, focusing system 5, film channel 6 of film-pulling mechanism 7, system of control over laser beam program unit 8 based on computer with means 9 for information input, attenuator 10, optical control unit 11, additional laser 12.
