FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device has series mounted pulsed laser, modulator, collimator, deflector, focusing system and film moving mechanism with a control system, connected to a computer. The device also contains a unit for controlling laser parametres, connected to the computer, an attenuator, device for measuring power of the laser beam, mounted on its vector, directly behind the deflector at the zero reference point, included in the time instant for moving the film moving mechanism and connected to the computer through the attenuator with a memory unit, which has a data bank for comparison with current values and which generates the beam parametre control signal. The device also has a unit for cleaning the film, which includes a vacuum pump for removing gaseous products and combustion products from the surface of the film and apparatus for wet cleaning off combustion products from the surface of the film. The device is also fitted with a computer-controlled unit for visual quality control of recording information onto the film. The cleaning unit is installed in front of the said visual quality control unit.
EFFECT: improved quality control of the end product during continuous operation of the device with simultaneous cutting on time for recording information.
