FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves application of polyvinyl alcohol film with photosensitizing dope, photoexposure through shadow mask development of hardened polyvinyl alcohol profile, wetting of developed profile with nonionogenic surface-active substance solution, application of finely dispersed graphite layer, etching with hydrogen peroxide, and rinsing with water. Prior to etching finely dispersed graphite layer with hydrogen peroxide it is wetted with alkali-earth metal salt solution or aluminium salt solution. Strontium or boron nitrate solution in 0.015-0.1 mol/1 concentration is used as alkali-earth metal salt solution and aluminium sulfate solution in 0.003-0.045 mol/1 concentration, as aluminium salt solution.
