FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: screen glass surface is coated with polyvinyl alcohol film doped with photosensitizing agent, exposed through shadow mask, and wetted with electrolyte solution having pH value of 3.5-5.0, such as ammonium synchromate solution of 0.001-1 mass-percent concentration. Then tanned pattern of film is developed, screen is wetted with surface-active solution, covered with layer of finely dispersed graphite, etched with hydrogen pyroxide, and rinsed with water. Hole produced by this method depends on pH value of electrolyte aqueous solution. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 3 cl, 1 dwg
