FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: of electrolytic generator with fuel element-afterburner is conducted by replacement of inert gas in gas circuits by way of blow-through with reagents. Hydrogen circuit is blown through with reagent till voltage emerges across element-afterburner, further replacement in in hydrogen circuit is performed under mode of periodic blow-through. EFFECT: improved starting conditions.
