FIELD: communications. SUBSTANCE: method involves shifting spectrum of modulated radio signal to low-band area, multiple measuring of period of converted modulated signal (by means of measuring time intervals which are multiples of period) when clock pulses arrive. Said measuring of intervals which are multiples of period is done with overlapping these intervals in time, and factor of multiple is selected so that overlapped parts are greater than duration of transient processes during signal modulation and duration of intervals is less than half of modulation time. Later on, values of measured intervals are stored with reference to corresponding clock intervals. Then, signal is demodulated and decoded by distribution of stored values of measured intervals in time as well as by correspondence between this distribution and nature of angle modulation.
