FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting ridges in autumn, reforming them in spring into loose-soil beds with levelled surface. Before planting of tubers, two rows of holes with row spaces of 70 mm are made by hole-forming wheels. In each pass two rows of holes are made in one bed and one row in adjacent beds. Tubers are covered by hillers and the conventional ridge profile is restored. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
