FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: pipe-cutting device has a movable housing made with the possibility of its positioning as clasping the processed tube with the annular shelf. The rolling-contact bearings carrying the movable housing are mounted on one surface of the shelf. Instrumental carriages with lead screws and cutting tools are fixed on the housing. A flange is made on the front surface of the housing. A two-row chain is placed in the flange for free slipping. One row of the chain links interacts with the asterisks kinematically connected with the lead screws of the instrumental carriages. The second row interacts with the asterisks fastened correspondingly on the output and input reducer shafts of the drive of deliverings and the nonius of the transposition reading. The housings of these reducers as well as the housing of the gearhead of the main movement are fastened on the other face end of the annular shelf of the immovable housing. The crown of the inner engagement interacting with the gear mounted on the output shaft of the gearhead of the main movement connected with an engine is made in the movable housing. The movable and immovable housings are made detachable. The instrumental carriages and the reducers of the drive of deliverings and the nonius of the transposition reading are equipped with mechanisms of locking and opening of the kinematic chain. The pipe-cutting device ensures the cutting of pipes with the wall thickness up to 100 mm and the processing of facets for welding. The minimum weight of separate components allows to carry out the device assembly and disassembly by hand. The minimum standard sizes of the device allow to use it under the conditions of closeness and difficult access to the processing zone. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture. 2 cl, 7 dwg
