FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine. SUBSTANCE: desired product has formula I where R is benzoyl, p-toluene sulfonyl or linear aliphatic C2-C6, R1 is hydrogen, benzoyl or aliphatic linear C2-C6-acyl, R and R1 being the same or different. A is equivalent of acid having pKa less than 2.5, n is 1-5. Aqueous solution of S-adenosyl methionine sulfate which contains 100g/l of S-adenosyl methionine is used as reagent 1. Anhydride or acid chloride of appropriate acid is used as reagent 2. Interaction of said reagents is carried out at 1 C, pH being 7. If R1 is hydrogen then ratio of anhydride or acid chloride and salt of S-adenosyl methionine is 1:(1.15-1.3), if R1 is not hydrogen then said ratio is 1:(4.8-7.8). Proposed compounds have antiphlogistic and anodyne activity. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 8 tbl
