SUBSTANCE: product: C⁶³ amide derivatives of 34-de(acetylglucosaminyl)-34- desoxyteucoplanines of formula 1 wherein A is N-(C₉-C₁₂)aliphatic acyl-beta-D-2-desoxyaminoglucopyranosyl in which C₉-C₁₂ aliphatic acyl is (Z)-4-decenoyl, 8-methyl nonanoyl, decanoyl, 8-methyldecanoyl, 9-methyldecanoyl, 6-methyloctanoyl, nonanoyl, 10-methylundecanoyl and dodecanoyl, B is hydrogen, Y is di-or polyamine of formula 2: -NR-/(CH₂)_mNR¹/-X/(CH₂)_kNR²/_n-(CH₂)_p-NR³R⁴ wherein R is hydrogen, R₁ and R₂ are independently hydrogen or C₁-C₄ alkyl, R³ and R⁴ are independently hydrogen or C₁-C₄ alkyl optionally substituted by NH₂ or OH, or R³ and R⁴ taken together with adjacent nitrogen atom are pyrolidine, oxazolidine, thiazolidine, isoxasolidine, isothiosolidine, morpholine, piperazine, thiomorpholine, hexahydroazapine, hexahydro-1,5-diazepine or hexahydro- 1,4-diazepine, m, k and p are 2,3 or 4, n and h are 0.1 or 2, X is single bond, and if n is 1, taken together with adjacent group NR¹ is radical of formula 3, or addition salts thereof with pharmaceutically acceptable acids.
