STABILIZED POLYMER COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR ITS PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains (mass parts): polypropylene 100, stabilizing mixture 0.35, calcium stearate 0.05, monostearate of glyceryl 0.05. Spherical non-extruded particles of polypropylene are used as propylene. Mixture which contains 2 mass parts of tetrakis-(2,4-di-tret-butylphenyl-4-4′-biphenyl-diphosphonate, 1 mass part of pentaerytritol-tetrakis-3-(3,5-ditertbutyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate and 2 mass parts of disteoryl dithiopropionate is used as mentioned above stabilizing mixture. Proposed stabilized composition is prepared by mixing polypropylene with said stabilizing mixture, said mixture being prepared at 120 C in atmosphere of inert gas. 100 mass parts of heated preliminary polypropylene particles are mixed with 0.05 mass parts of monostearate of glyceryl. Then 0.35 mass parts of stabilizing mixture are applied by mixing on hot particles and 0.05 mass parts of calcium stearate are added. EFFECT: improves quality of desired composition. 3 cl
