FIELD: production of grafted copolymers of polyolefins. SUBSTANCE: initially ground olefin polymer is treated by organic peroxide compound. Said polymer is then fed into reactor simultaneously with organic compound or after grafting monomer. Olefin polymer is allowed to stand together with grafting monomer at operation temperature within at least 30 min. Unreacted monomer is removed of thus obtained grafted ground olefin polymer by blowing reactor with nitrogen. Unreacted initiating agent is decomposed, free radicals being deactivated. Styrene, alkyl substituted styrene, ester of acryl acid, ester of methacrylic acid, methacrylic acid, acrylonitrile, N-vinyl pyrrolidone or their mixture with polyolefins are used as mentioned above grafting monomer. EFFECT: improves efficiency of method.
