FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves prior deformation with the extent of at least 80% at temperature below that of recrystallization; final superplastic deformation. The second stage of prior deformation is conducted with the extent of 25-95% within the temperature range of 1.2-1.0 of initial melting temperature of γ′ phase to temperature at least equal to that of equicoherence. Final superplastic deformation is conducted at rates in the order of 1-4 the optimum rate. Superplastic deformation may be conducted with lower flow stress values at temperatures ranging from initial melting temperature of γ′ phase to equicoherence temperature. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
