The structure is installed over underground supply lines 3 with plates installed beyond surfaces 5 of caving existing soil 6 in with respect to underground supply lines 3 in their cross-section, and parallel to the above planes 5. Blocks 1 are narrowing uniformly from lower ends 4 to the middle of the dome. Plates 2 have trapezoidal or wave-like projections 10 and hollows 11, and slots 13 with block 1 base positioned in them. The dome is installed so to have sickle-shaped gap between soil 6 over supply lines 3 and lower dome-like surface 8 of blocks 1. EFFECT: high reliability. 2 dwg
