FIELD: pipe line engineering. SUBSTANCE: force mechanisms are made up as a three sectional resilient cylinders secured to the additional frames. The lifting mechanism horizontally underlies the pipe line. Two stabilizing mechanisms are positioned vertically on sides of the lifting mechanism. The additional frames are interconnected through spring-loaded levers and pivots and connected with the frame of the device.
