FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry devices and is intended for lifting sections of pipelines in hard-to-reach mountainous and other conditions. Elevator is made with support in form of metal strip with stiffening ribs and rectangular window equipped with rack with trapezoidal splines and limiters. At the same time on top of the strip on the side of rack splines there is a stop to limit lowering from the horizontal plane of the rack fixture, which is rigidly fixed on the support by the bolted connection with hydraulic jack flange. On the head of the jack rod there is a lever fixed with its free end in the slot of the rack splines. Rack retainer pivotally mounted on the jack housing enters the slot located below the jack rod lever. On trunnions of the jack housing there is a U-shaped spring, on the lower end of the rack on a hinge there is a lever with a contact surface equidistant to the generatrix of the pipe, and on the rack there is a stop to limit rotation of the lever around the hinge.

EFFECT: higher economic efficiency of the device.
