FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: course and extremely fine fractions of fuel is burnt out in fluidized bed at gasifying condition. Gasification products and particles of cock-ashes residual at oxygen excess that exceeds the stoichiometric composition in vortex with vertical rotation axis by tangential supplying to it the secondary air contributing to intensive separation of particles in the periphery part and settling out on the by-pass- fluidized beds wherein the particles continue to burn out and move back to the periphery part of the fluidized bed owing to almost horizontal Z-shaped supplying of the secondary air are burnt up in the above-bed part. Rectified products of combustion is introduced in the top by-pass-fluidized beds from bellow. The mixture of the middle fractions of the fuel and heat carrier is fed to the beds, the speed of the particles being higher than gas velocity at the bed outlet allowing for thermal treatment to obtain combustible gases and cock by their burning up in the beds at oxygen excess. A cock-ashes residual, which is removed from the zone of removing ashes of the fluidized bed and zones of draining of solid material from the top by-pass-fluidized beds to the bottom by-pass-fluidized beds, serves as the heat carrier.
