FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in shale processing, power engineering and production of construction materials. Proposed device comprises lime, clay and shale crushers, clay and lime decarboniser, and mixer to mix dried oil shale with solid heat carrier communicated with rotary pyrolysis reactor 6. Said reactor is communicated with dust chamber 7 intended for separating vapor-gas mix and mix of mineral organic residue and solid heat carrier directed into flash process furnace 11 to produce ash. Said flash process furnace 11 is communicated via cyclone with mixer of decarbonised lime ash and clay 29 and clinker annealing furnace 30.
EFFECT: production of liquid fractions with low content of mechanical impurities and cement clinker.
