FIELD: power mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger comprises assemblies 1 received in the ring space defined between cylindrical housing 2 and central shell. Each assembly is constructed as heat exchanging members 5 connected to collectors 6 for supplying heat carrier and collectors 7 for discharging heat carrier and enclosed by casing 4. Assemblies 1 and members 5 are bent with respect to the vertical axis of the heat exchanger so that convex part of one of the assemblies abuts against the concave part of adjacent assembly. The side walls of the casings are provided with ports 8 which can be shifted in vertical direction. Distant plates, wherein heat exchanging members are received, are interposed between the bottom edges of the opposite ports. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities. 2 cl, 3 dwg
