FIELD: domestic appliances. SUBSTANCE: laminated polymer material has inner layer manufactured from conductive carbon filling material impregnated with binder and outer layers produced from insulating filling agent impregnated with binder. Polyvinyl alcohol with following proportion of components (per cent by volume): polyvinyl alcohol 30-70; conductive carbon filling material 10-20; insulating filling agent 20-50 is used as polymer binder. Use of this material provides for ecologically clean manufacturing process, reduces cost of production of articles, contributes to increased safety in operation. Polymer material of proposed composition does not cause any allergic reactions, does not exert harmful effect on human organism. EFFECT: reduced manufacturing cost of articles made of this material, increased safety of handling. 3 tbl
