SUBSTANCE: additional commutation units 3 and units 4 to store and generate information and their couplings with commutation units of first link 1(1)-1(n) and second link 2(1)-2(n) are inserted into units of incoming 5(1)-5(m) and outgoing 6(1)-6(m) communication to reduce number of interlocks of regular subscribers and to provide privileged subscribers with low-interlocked communication with extra services.
