FIELD: automatic commutation, in particular, design of switching equipment of automatic exchange systems of low and middle capacity. SUBSTANCE: device has first-level commutation circuits 1.1-1.n, second-level commutation circuits 2.1-2.n, additional commutation units 3, which are comprised in incoming units 5.1-5 and output units 6.1-6, and information storage and access unit 4. This results in possibility of access to information storage and access unit 4 by privileged users. EFFECT: decreased possibility of deadlocks for standard users, increased functional capabilities, simplified design. 1 dwg
