FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: roller comprises a working drum whose external surface has pointed teeth arranged at a constant pitch between teeth and between rows. The drum is mounted on an axle provided with rotatable handle while the axis of each tooth passing through the tooth top and the center of its base in a plane perpendicular to the rotation axis is inclined to the radius-vector of the top of said tooth by an angle γ which is a relation of g=arccos(R/R₃) where R radius of working drum along tooth bases while R₃ radius-vector of drum tooth tops relative to drum rotation axis. All teeth are inclined in one direction. The working drum consists of identical discs having a hole and a projection of the same diameter arranged at equal distances from the disc center and offset from one another by an angle of ϕ equal to 2π/Z(n-0,5) where n any whole number, Z number of teeth on external surface of disc, mated with one another. The tooth pitch of the working drum in each row around the tooth base circumference is equal to the pitch of combs (51.4 mm) while the distance between adjacent rows (disc thickness) is 0.866 of said pitch. Each tooth of the working drum has the shape of a trihedral pyramid in which only one side is directed along the inclination of the tooth axis. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 6 dwg
