FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in beekeeping, namely for obtaining an artificial honeycombs by rolling wax strip between two sizing rollers having a relief honeycomb-forming pattern. The proposed sizing rollers contain identical shaped rings made plate-shaped with internal conical surface and having an odd number of peaks and troughs. Profile of open semi-cells of a shaped ring is formed by faces of the adjacent triangular pyramids, which line of intersection is located at an angle of 16°-17° to the axis of the total shaft and the angle of 46°-47° to the forming inner conical surface. Profiled rings are mounted on the total shaft and are mounted with two dowels installed in the grooves of drills, located at an angle of 180°. The rings are mounted so that each subsequent profiled ring is rotated by 180° to the previous, forming a convex or concave hexagonal cell.

EFFECT: invention simplifies the design of sizing rollers, and also increases the maintainability and improves the quality of print on rolled waxy sheet.
