FIELD: materials handling; heating of viscous liquids before draining. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow rod lowered into reservoir. Upper end of rod is connected to steam line, and nozzle with fairing at outlet is secured on lower end of rod to provide heating of liquid near drain hole of reservoir. Two pairs of nozzles are arranged on side surface of rod, two of which are made straight, and two are L-shaped. Steam flows from nozzles provide circulation of liquid in two planes. Each nozzle consists of steam orifice cut into rod housing and mixing chamber with confuser at inlet communicating with steam nozzle and reservoir space through ring nozzle formed by clearance between outlet cut of steam nozzle and inlet of mixing chamber. EFFECT: accelerated draining of viscous liquid, reduced consumption of steam for heating. 4 dwg
