BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE REMEDY, METHOD FOR ITS PRODUCING, PREPARATION CONTAINING THE MENTIONED REMEDY AND METHOD FOR APPLYING THE PREPARATION Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

Abstract RU 2041715 C1

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: remedy based on water-soluble hydrolysis products represented by certain organic compounds has thermoresistant low molecular weight morphoplasm and cell glycocalyx components modified in embryogenesis and/or proliferation and/or pathologic processes preceding or accompanying the tissue restoration and/or repair present among hydrolysis products. Method for producing the biologically active remedy involves comminuting washed animal tissue raw materials, hydrolyzing the obtained ingredients, their filtering and separating supernatant as the end product. Animal tissue with modified morphoplasm and cell glycocalyx components is used as raw materials homogenized and deprived of undamaged animal tissue elements with supernatant, containing the ingredients with modified morphoplasm and cell glycocalyx components, having been separated before being exposed to hydrolysis. The preparation for normalizing functional state of human or animal organism has biologically active remedy produced on the base of animal tissue elements hydrolysis products and filler thermoresistant low molecular weight morphoplasm and cell glycocalyx components in the amount of 0.001- 85.0% by mass with the rest completed by the filler. The method for normalizing physiological state of human or animal organism involves administering the preparation based on the animal tissue elements hydrolysis products being a composition of the biologically active remedy containing the modified morphoplasm and cell glycocalyx components among hydrolysis products and filler in the amount of 0.001-85.0 and 15.0-99.999% by mass, respectively. EFFECT: enhanced immunomodulating effectiveness. 31 cl, 12 tbl
