FIELD: biochemical technology. SUBSTANCE: method involves milling the soft embryonal tissues, their homogenization in water-base dispersion medium up to cellular envelopes disruption, discarding nondisrupted cellular fragments and fractionation of supernatant to obtain the end product exhibiting an average molecular mass less 10 kDa followed by sterilization, pouring and sealing the preparation. The end product is isolated and sterilized simultaneously by supernatant fractionating by molecular mass being directly after discarding nondisrupted cellular fractions. EFFECT: increased stability of pharmacological properties of the end product, increased output of process, decreased cost. 6 cl, 5 ex
