FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: on each pipeline of the component supply a single-rotor gear-type pump of the volume dosing is mounted. Its drive is automatically controlled. The pump of the volume dosing is equipped with a sickle-shaped prop mounted between the input and output branch pipes. The blades are made of resilient material in the form of a gear-wheel with flexible teeth. The automatic control system is made as a block regulating the supply, a transducer of raw material consumption and systems for chemical dosing, each of them includes block for prescribing the recipe, automatic control unit and chemical consumption transducer. During the pump rotor rotation the pumped over liquid is sucked in uninterrupted flow into the interteeth hollows at the teeth running off from the prop. When the teeth run off to the prop this liquid is forced out. In so doing the block regulating the supply ensures the automatic regulation of the component supply depending on the signal value of the chip consumption transducer. The constant voltage at the transducer output is converted into the frequency being carrier input frequency for the block for prescribing the recipe of each system for chemical dosing. The block for prescribing the recipe exercises the assignment in per cent of one of the binder component. The principle of regulation of the rotational speed of the drive is based on the feature of the amplitude of the feeding voltage is changed under the conditions of the influence of the negative feedback regarding the rotational speed of the rotor.
