FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method of making blanks of the resilient material sheet during its centering lies in removing the waviness at the expense of cutting off at least one of the tightened longitudinal edges of the resilient material sheet as viewed from its centering. Transverse V-shaped notches which are disposed opposite the endings of the transverse butt-joints of the blank contours are made along the other longitudinal edge of the resilient material sheet. Slanting notches are performed. They are uniformly disposed between the notches and at an angle to the longitudinal axle of the resilient material sheet. When the resilient material sheet is processed according to the contours of the made blanks, the marking lines are applied to the resilient material sheet inside the contours of the made blanks. The blanks are marked with the aid of relief members which are continuously shifted together with the resilient material sheet, and the contours of the relief members are printed on the upper side of the resilient material sheet. Then the blanks are separated from the resilient material sheet with the aid of transverse cutters passing through the foundations of the V-shaped notches, and the cutting of holes in the blanks is exercised. When sets of blanks with different marked up sections inside the perimeters of the made blanks are applied from its face at the same time with the processing of the resilient material sheet. The mentioned contours are periodically repeated along the resilient material sheet length. In case of transverse laying out of the resilient material sheet, the contours of the marked up simultaneously with the marking of the blanks. Different holes are cut out in the blank of the set. When the blanks are made of thin-leave resilient material sheets, the processing of its longitudinal edges is combined with that of the surface when the centered resilient material sheet is sampled by means of its laying out with the longitudinal cutters according to the contours of the sides of the blanks placed along the longitudinal edges of the resilient material sheet. The marking lines for the consequent processing of the marked up sections are applied on the moving resilient material sheet inside the contours of the made blanks according to the technology and the centered fastening to them of the superposed members from the nonface side. The marking of the resilient material sheet from the face side and the marking of the blanks are exercised together with the longitudinal laying out of the resilient material sheet according to the contours of the longitudinal sides of the blanks located in the middle part of the processed resilient material sheet and are applied to the mark blade are separated from the processed resilient material sheet by means of fulfilling the transverse cutters passing through the marks and the termination of the longitudinal cutters of the blank contours intermittent along the length.
