FIELD: food industry; automatic bagging. SUBSTANCE: device heater, supply source made in from of phase-controlled thyristor power meter with power unit, stabilized rectifier and phase control unit with phase-shifting capacitor. Phase control unit has controlled reference voltage source, comparator and charging unit and capacitor discharge control unit, both connected in parallel with phase- shifting capacitor. Device provides linearity of voltage control across heater, stability of heater temperature irrespective of mains voltage fluctuations and possibility of temperature adjustment.
