SUBSTANCE: device has simile transistor 1, which is connected in series to alternating current electric motor 2, simile transistor control unit 3, which output is connected to threshold gate 8, and electric motor current feedback circuit 11 which has output rectifier 12. In addition device has controlled pulse power supply 14 which terminals are connected in parallel to simile transistor 1. Input 18 of controlled pulse power supply 14 is connected to terminal 20 of electric motor 2; output 13 of power supply 14 is connected to output rectifier 12.
