FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotary wind motor has rotor mounted on the vertical axle and provided with symmetrical streamlined blades arranged on radial rods and mechanism for changing angles of attack of the blades by turning the blades about their axles which are parallel to the rotation axis of the rotor. The mechanism is constructed as a device for changing angle of attack connected with each blade and the other same devices through radial rods and an adjusting unit mounted on the axle of rotation of the rotor. The device has housing mounted on each radial rod. Three-dimensional crank mechanism of rocking washer is mounted inside the housing. The crank mechanism is coupled with the axle of the blade through the conical gear fitted on the crank axle. The adjusting unit is made up as conical differential. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 dwg
