FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. Wind turbine installed on main horizontal shaft contains aerodynamic wings fixed on rods, and the angles of attack changing mechanism α wings. Wind turbine forming element is symmetrical prism, and hubs, fixed on front and rear ends of main horizontal shaft, are connected by means of bars at an angle π/2 with the sides of the sides of the corresponding symmetrical polygons-bases of the symmetrical prism. Front edges of aerodynamic wings are fixed on set of front rods by means of loops, and on set of rear rods, at their centers, angle α adjusters are installed wings consisting of tracking electric drive with sensor and position control, which set angle α of attack all aerodynamic wings by commands from controller-based wind turbine control unit to inputs of angle α of attack controllers wings, rotating axes with thread, on which nuts are pushed with possibility of displacement at change of angle α of attack in grooves, which are located near rear edges of aerodynamic wings and perpendicular thereto. Rear edges of all aerodynamic wings move synchronously.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at maximum possible energy removal from wind flow.
