FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: needle bearing has rolling bodies made up as needles interposed between the inner and outer flange races and mounted in the cage. The cage is made up as two rings interconnected through a pins interposed between adjacent needles. The inner race is also has flanges. The races of the cage are mounted outside of face surfaces of the rings. The pins are interposed between the flanges of outer and inner rings. The pins can be made up either as cylindrical or square rods. The side surfaces which is in contact with needles are made up as a curved surface with the radius equal to or greater than the radius of the needle. At least one race of the cage can be made in block with the pin. The bottom of the races of the bearing has the baffle plate. The needles of the bearing can be made up as pipes through which pins, that connect the races of the cage, pass. EFFECT: improved design. 6 cl, 2 dwg
