FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: reaction vessel comprises cylindrical fermenting chamber with floating dome provided with a sealed loading lock. Installed along the chamber axis is a mixing device with spindles in the form of telescopic pipes. The spindles are arranged in rows, their length diminishing towards the bottom in a relation of 0.8-0.5 to the chamber radius. The floating dome rests on vertical guides and spring-loaded bushes. The mixing device is driven by a wind motor plant installed on the floating dome together with the generator-motor. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 1 dwg
