FIELD: agriculture, in particular, equipment for reprocessing of liquid manure or dung into organic fertilizers and combustible biogas. SUBSTANCE: reactor has vertical heat-insulated fermentation vessel with conical bottom and cover made in the form of dome and gas-accumulating hood mounted in central part of cover. Reactor is further provided with vertical central tube arranged coaxially inside fermentation chamber under gas-accumulating hood so that it does not reach bottom of fermentation vessel and is communicated therewith, apparatus for equalizing gas pressure in central tube and in zone under dome of fermentation vessel, gas pipeline connected to gas-accumulating hood top part and communicated with gas pump and gas-collecting vessel, apparatus for heating of fermentation vessel, and charging pressure pipeline, discharge pipeline and overflow pipe, which are communicated with fermentation vessel, control unit, locking valve with drive and pneumatic hydraulic valve. Discharge pipeline with locking valve mounted therein is connected to discharge opening formed in center of conical bottom of fermentation vessel. Pneumatic hydraulic valve includes hollow float having open lower part and mounted inside central tube for vertical reciprocation along it, said reciprocation of float being restricted in its upper position by stops attached to inner surface of central pipe, rigid axial longitudinal member fixed inside hollow float, locking valve attached to said longitudinal member for closing of discharge opening in fermentation vessel bottom in lower position of float, additional gas pipeline coupled from the top to float and equipped with change-over switch for alternate connection thereof to suction branch pipe of gas pump or through gas-collecting vessel to pressure branch pipe of gas pump. Gas pressure equalizing apparatus is made in the form of siphon. Gas-accumulating hood is embedded into fermentation vessel so that its lower edge is arranged below inlet opening of siphon ascending branch pipe. Additional gas pipeline change-over switch and discharge pipeline locking valve drive are connected to control unit. EFFECT: increased efficiency in removal of sediment from fermentation vessel owing to intensified mixing of fermented mass in settling zone and preventing sediment from compaction due to controlled turbulizing of settled sediment during removal thereof at predetermined periodicity. 6 cl, 1 dwg
