FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves addition of chemical agent to the food followed by exposition. The source of aqueous solution of chemical agent: 8-12% solution of potassium fluoride peroxyhydrate which is added at the weight ratio food potassium fluoride peroxyhydrate 1:0.2-0.3. Exposition time is 2.5-3 h at -4 +40 C. EFFECT: improved method of treatment.
