FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: charge of the mixture of solid fuel is installed in the housing. Particles of aluminum, iron and the silicone dioxide are additionally introduced into the charge. The diameter value d of the particles is in the following range 2,0·10^-5m ≅ d ≅ 3,0·10^-4m. The cutter is equipped with the system of supplying the oxidizer to the cutting zone. The system has a nozzle and a pipeline for connecting the oxidizer source which, in one of the variants of its realization, can be placed in the housing cavity.
