FIELD: printing industry. SUBSTANCE: cylinder for running paper in web-fed presses is made in form of hollow case, which rotates in supporting pins. The cylinder has gripping mechanisms. Axis is disposed at the plane of the cylinder. One end of the axis protrudes at axial direction to outside through supporting pin; this end of the axis has support and adjusting mechanism. Axis is made in form of body of rotation. Far end of the body of rotation is connected with central pin. The body is connected with housing of the cylinder in its radial direction by lintel or annular either circular surfaces. EFFECT: reduced sagging of the cylinder. 9 cl, 4 dwg
