FIELD: space equipment. SUBSTANCE: process of assembly of stages of multi-stage flying vehicle in sections of transportation-and-launching container is based on setting of preceding and following stages of flying vehicle assembled from parts with insulation on them of supporting-leading bands in coaxial position on cradles of erection bench, on interconnection of them along mating surfaces followed by subsequent loading of stages of flying vehicle into sections of transportation-and-launching container corresponding to them. First preceding stage 1 of flying vehicle is completely assembled, then part 2 of following stage of flying vehicle is joined to mating surface S2 of preceding stage along jointing surface S3 mated for this stage. After this proper supporting- leading bands 3 are mounted on assembled parts of flying vehicle, are set and fixed in position ensuring rectilinearity of longitudinal axis of flying vehicle. Then part 2 of following stage is taken away from preceding stage maintaining fixed position of supporting-leading band, taken-away part 2 of following stage is warded off the erection bench. Preceding stage of flying vehicle is loaded into proper section of transportation-and-launching container. Capped section with preceding stage of flying vehicle anchored in it is warded off the erection bench. Again part 2 of previously taken away stage of flying vehicle is mounted on erection bench with supporting-leading band 3 set and fixed on it as well as additional part of following stage. Following stage of flying vehicle is assembled completely and is loaded into proper section of transportation-and-launching container. Section with following stage of flying vehicle capped by technological plugs anchored in it is reloaded from erection bench. EFFECT: facilitated assembly process. 2 cl, 10 dwg
