FIELD: cotton ginning industry. SUBSTANCE: system for acceptance and quality inspection of raw cotton has controlling computer connected to weighing subsystem and to subsystem of measurement tool mounted in submersion body dipped into analyzed macrovolume of product. Body of measurement tool houses set of sensors of factor indications of raw cotton and mechanism of formation of flow of sample of raw cotton. Cotton duct is attached on body along action of sensors as well as mechanism for gripping and movement of raw cotton. Pair of cylinders with teethed discs of mechanism for gripping and movement is mounted on axle in symmetry with reference to sprocket of chain transmission. Angle between working surfaces of teeth and tangent to guiding strap along slots for passing of teeth of discs amounts to not less than 90 deg. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency. 2 cl, 6 dwg
