FIELD: inspection engineering. SUBSTANCE: automatic device for separation of bar articles by weight has feeder with splitters, orientation device with pusher, separation device, withdrawal tool, drive and feeding block. Feeding block is made as movable carriage connected through rocker arm with spring-loaded lever interacting with drive cam. Vertical stand is secured on carriage. Lower cut plate of feeder and pusher of orientation instrument are placed above carriage, with both having through notches across which the stand passes. Screw interacting with upper cut plate of feeder is set up in upper part of stand. Traction connected with withdrawal tool is hinged on carriage. The withdrawal tool is made as spring-loaded ratchet-and-pawl mechanism mounted on rotating disk having grippers with recesses. Hole for pellet drop is disposed at radius of gripper deepening, but at the distance from load-receiving platform smaller than gripper spacing. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of separation. 2 cl, 7 dwg
