FIELD: analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: precision of evaluations is ensured by adherence to conditions specified by statistical theory of selects. Values of desired indications are calculated by equations of multiple regressions where arguments are averaged magnitudes of measurement results of not less than four factor indications of several dozens of shares of sample of raw cotton with mass not less than 5.0-7.0 kg representatively sampled from analyzed bulk. Fast action is achieved by mechanization and automation of operations related to measurement of factor indications of shares of sample and by mathematical processing of output signals of sensors with the aid of computers. Analyzer includes mechanism forming compacted flow of sample of raw cotton in closed circular channel through zone of action of electronic sensors of factor indications which output signals are sent into computer. Resulting data are visualized in display or are printed out by printer. EFFECT: enhanced precision of analysis. 3 cl, 6 dwg
