FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has upper and lower collinear rods. In addition device has cylindrical spiral, dielectric cylinder and conducting tube which are coaxial to rods. Conducting tube has lower, middle and upper pieces. Additional inductance coil is inserted between upper rod and upper part of upper piece of conducting tube. Balancing unit is mounted in inner chamber of middle piece of conducting wire. Sizes of all antenna elements, inductance of additional inductance coil and circuit of balancing unit are given in invention specification. EFFECT: increased bandwidth in upper and lower frequencies. 4 dwg
