FIELD: antenna engineering; miscellaneous radio systems including shipboard radio communication systems. SUBSTANCE: antenna has two metal horns interconnected through their tops and N shunts made in the form of conductor sections interconnecting edges of horns; conductor sections are made of two equal lengths relatively offset through angle α = 360/2N, equally shifted in angular direction about horn axes, and interconnected through conducting jumpers fitted in plane crossing top of horns perpendicular to their axes. Reflectors mounted above horn bases have their surfaces formed by generating lines rotating about horn axes and varying to obey following law: Y = (1.89exp0.052X) + H at 0≅X≅(1,0-1,5)λmax, where H is horn height, λmax is maximum wavelength of operating wavelength range; Y axis is aligned with horn axes, and origin of coordinates is aligned with geometric center of antenna at mentioned λmax; H and X are measured in centimeters. EFFECT: enhanced gain in direction of horizon line. 1 dwg
