FIELD: kitchen appliances. SUBSTANCE: churn has a covered vat and a detachable vane churn mounted on a shaft provided with a drive handle. The shaft is mounted in bearings located on the vat side walls. The vane churn is mounted on the shaft for free axial movement, and in the working position it is fixed by a recess in the end-face of the vane churn that is in engagement with a dowel rigidly attached to the shaft.
