FIELD: milk industry and farming. SUBSTANCE: churn has casing, vessel immovably fixed on casing, churning mechanism arranged axially of vessel on drive shaft for rotation in bearing units and formed as double cone. Twelve paired guiding blades are arranged on cone so that their inclination angle with respect to axis of rotation may be varied within the range of 40-50 deg. Vessel is equipped with window for cream pouring (discharge) or visual controlling. Churn is equipped with drive providing power for obtaining required rotational frequency.
